General Terms & Conditions
Deposits
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we require:
25% deposit upon booking
50% deposit at least 1 month prior to the event
All deposits will be deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation Fees (20–49 guests)
More than 1 year prior: €350
1 year – 7 months: €500
6 – 4 months: €750
3 months – event day: €1,000
Cancellation Fees (> 50 guests)
More than 1 year prior: €500
1 year – 7 months: €1,000
6 – 4 months: €1,500
3 months – event day: €2,500
Changes in Guest Numbers
Please send all changes in writing to banqueting@dennenhof.valk.com.
More than 28 days prior: up to 50% reduction allowed
27–14 days: up to 30% reduction
13–7 days: up to 20% reduction
6–1 day: up to 10% reduction
Event day: 100% of the originally booked number will be charged
Increasing the number of guests is possible depending on room capacity and prior agreement.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the hotel may cancel the reservation free of charge.
A medical certificate may be required as proof.
Rooms

Cancellation Fees – Groups (12–20 rooms)
More than 45 days prior: cancellation or changes are free of charge.
From 44 to 20 days prior: up to 50% can be changed or cancelled free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
From 19 to 8 days prior: up to 25% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
From 7 days until 12:00 on the day of arrival: up to 10% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
After 12:00 or no-show: 100% will be charged.
Cancellation Fees – Groups (> 21 rooms)
More than 60 days prior: cancellation or changes are free of charge.
From 59 to 45 days prior: up to 75% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
From 44 to 20 days prior: up to 50% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
From 19 to 8 days prior: up to 25% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
From 7 to 1 day prior: up to 10% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
Until 12:00 on the day of arrival: up to 5% free of charge; all additional cancelled rooms will be charged at one night.
After 12:00 or no-show: 100% will be charged.
All cancellations or modifications must always be communicated in writing to sales@dennenhof.valk.com.

Cancellation
More than 7 days prior: free of charge.
From 7 to 4 days prior: 70% of the total value will be charged.
From 3 to 0 days: 100% will be charged.
No-show: 100% will be charged.

From 3 to 1 days prior: maximum 10% reduction.
On the day of the meeting: 100% will be charged.
13–20 persons

More than 14 days prior: free of charge.
From 13 to 8 days prior: 50% will be charged.
From 7 to 4 days prior: 85% will be charged.
From 3 to 0 days: 100% will be charged.
No-show: 100% will be charged.
