Practical information

  • Please make arrangements for parties/events via sales@dennenhof.valk.comor by phone.
  • The hall rent is included in the menu. Dennenhof can adapt the hall or still charge hall rent if the eventual number of people is less than was first indicated.
  • An option is possible for max. 14 days
  • We are open to changes in the menus. You are free to discuss your wishes if they haven’t been mentioned.
  • The tables are laid with linen, candles, menus and flowers. Larger flower arrangements can be provided for an extra payment.
  • It is recommended to let the DJ set up on time so the party isn’t interrupted.
  • Fog machines aren’t allowed as they can set off the fire alarm.
  • Please send us the table arrangements 10 days in advance. If we have to rearrange the hall because we received the arrangements too late then we will charge the hours of work.  If possible, we request you to pass on the guest list digitally.
  • The number of people must be reported IN WRITING 24 hours in advance at the latest. This number is final and binding for the bill.
  • Use of the car park is free.
  • Service is included for all parties unless otherwise specified.
  • There is a large cloakroom, which is free yet at one’s own risk.
  • When booking the hall you will be asked to transfer an advance. For parties from 50 people a second advance will be requested at a later date.
  • Drinks and meals of artists (DJ, orchestra, chauffeurs, technician, etc.) are always at the organiser’s expense.
